Irish Smith brings 30 years of experience in the medical field to her role as Regional Director of BCW Agency’s Maryland Division through BFF Associates. Her background in medical billing and consulting has been built around helping healthcare providers navigate complex processes, strengthen their operations, and support the financial health of their practices.
Serving providers throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia, Irish’s experience spans insurance and benefit verification, billing, collections, practice startup, and credentialing—supporting mental health providers, occupational and physical therapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals across private practices, group practices, and clinics.
